About the room

  • The room is equipped with a kitchen, cooking equipment, dining utensils, a fridge, kettle, toaster, television, shower, wash basin, toilet and air conditioning for your comfort.
  • Your valuables are your responsibility.
  • WiFi (wireless LAN) is available.

Free of charge for infants who do not need extra beds. Feel free to discuss with us if you have any needs.

※For group bookings, we request for a deposit at the point of check-in.


Check-In

Check in time is between 16:00～22:00
Lights off at 22:00
※ There is no curfew

Past 22:00, the front door of the facility will be locked. You are free to exit and enter using the key provided.

In the event where there is no contact past 22:00, your booking will be considered cancelled. If you are running late, please get in touch with us. A late check-in surcharge applies at the rate of ¥250/15 minutes for late check-ins past 22:00.


Check-Out

Before 10：00

We are able to keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Important things to note

  • For residents of Japan, please provide your personal identification (e.g. driver's license, health insurance card, residency card) upon arrival. Tourists from overseas will be required to provide their passport for identification.
  • Amenities such as toothbrush, towels and bath robes are not provided. Some amenities are available at an extra charge.
  • It is recommended that you bring your own amenities. Rental of towels and sale of toothbrushes is available.
  • Bedsheets will not be changed during the span of your stay.
  • Smoking is not allowed within the guesthouse. A smoking space is available outside the main door on the ground floor.
  • The toilets and showers in the dormitory are shared. There are 2 available, but it congestion might be expected during certain hours.
  • Please eat and drink in the shared space provided. Please do not eat and drink in the rooms.
  • There is no television or phone in the dormitory rooms.


Children guests

  • Each dormitory room is chargeable at the same rate as adult guests for children above age 12. We are unable to accept guests below the age of 12.
  • Each adult can accompany up to 2 children in the apartment room.


Miscellaneous

  • Please use the coin parking nearby if you are driving. We will inform you of the best place to park when you check in.
  • Please be informed that damage to the facility or amenities and loss of keys is chargeable.
  • Some examples of damages:
    • Television: ¥150,000
    • Mattress: ¥25,000
    • Lost key: ¥5,000
  • Guests that do not observe the rules or cause inconvenience to other guests will be strictly rejected. In this event, refunds are not possible.
  • Pets are not allowed.


Cancellation Policy

  • Same day: 100% of the fee is charged
  • 2-1 days before: 80% of the fee is charged
  • 5-3 days before: 50% of the fee is charged
  • No-show / no contact: 100% of the fee is charged
