What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 16:00–22:00 / Check-out: by 10:00. Please contact us if arriving after 22:00.
Is self check-in available?
No, self check-in is not available. Please check in at the front desk.
Is parking available?
No, there is no parking on-site. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
Where is the nearest station or bus stop?
3 minutes on foot from Hyogomachi bus stop (airport limousine bus), 10 minutes from JR Takamatsu Station.
Is it close to Takamatsu Port?
15 minutes on foot to the boarding area for Ogijima, Megijima, Oshima, and the high-speed boat to Teshima.
17 minutes on foot to the boarding area for Naoshima and Shodoshima.
Is there an elevator?
No, there is no elevator. Dormitory rooms are on the 2nd floor, and the family room is on the 3rd floor.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, there are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers on the 4th floor. They are free to use.
Can I use credit cards?
Yes. Accepted cards: JCB, VISA, AMEX, MASTER, DINERS (gift cards are not accepted).
Is there a curfew?
No. After check-in, you can come and go freely with your room key.
Can I leave my luggage in the room during my stay?
Yes, you may. However, please manage your valuables yourself.
Can I send luggage to the guesthouse in advance?
Yes, please contact us in advance and write your name and check-in date on the delivery slip. We will keep it at the reception.
What is your cancellation policy?
Up to 7 days before: Free
Within 6 days: 100% of the total stay fee.
Is there a smoking area?
The entire guesthouse is non-smoking. Please smoke outside the building.
Can I leave luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, luggage can be stored in the self-cloakroom on the 1st floor between 6:00 and 23:00.
Can you store a bicycle box?
Yes. ¥5,000 for over 1 week / ¥500 per day for less than 1 week. Storage space is limited, so please contact us in advance.
Can children stay?
Yes. Family rooms accept children from 0 years old. Dormitories accept children aged 12 and above with a guardian (same price as adults). If you book a whole dormitory, there is no age restriction.
